Marcin Czarnecki
Musician, manager, businessman and radio host.
Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland.
Being raised in a musical home, Marcin started playing the piano at the age of six, quickly turned to guitar and singing and formed a band at the age of eight. With his two bandmates they played for the next thirteen years together.
Spending couple of years building businesses and working at corporations made the grounds for setting up his own music management company in early 2015.
With help of his childhood friend Nikodem Rozbicki- actor and musician, they set up the company under name of RCM (Rozbicki Czarnecki Management) and began siging young artists from many different styles and genres of music. Working their way towards the top- touring, promoting, signing with label they also succesfully run booking programs for different venues all around Warsaw.
Early 2018 Nikodem relayed his responsibilities within the company to Marcin, focusing on his acting career, which eventually ended with Marcin growing the company to a bigger sized idea, hiring new employees and signing new artists.
During the pandemic, having over 10 active artists on the rooster, MCM was trying to find different ways of coping with what seemed to be an impossible situation.
Releasing live album from ticket revenue, performing online, and focusing on releasing new albums digitally are just some of the things that saved the company.
Focusing more on his other business ventures (such as podcasting company KASTAR), Marcin resized MCM early 2022, downsizing the rooster of artists and focusing more on production and individual approach to management.
